It is located in Torre de la Horadada, 15 km south of Torrevieja. It is only 500 meters down to the Mediterranean, with Playa Jesuitas and Playa del Conde as the nearest beaches. There is also a shared pool at the apartment.

The apartment is furnished with everything that is common in a home, and has a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. If you want to eat out, it is only 200 meters to the square Plaza Nueva with many good restaurants.

If you want a day of shopping, it is only 7 km to La Zenia Boulevard, Spain's largest outdoor shopping centre.

The area is also known for its good golf courses. In the area around Torre de la Horadada, you will find a total of 17 courses, with Las Colinas Golf and Lo Romero Golf being the most famous.
